Requirements

• High school graduation required or GED
• Certification (HHA, CNA, CMT, PCA, MT)
• Minimum 1 year experience in a caregiving setting
• English proficiency
• Physical ability to support care of elders
• Good communication skills required (verbal and written)
• Completion of 12hr aide training by LIMS
• Criminal background check within 2 years
• Experience with end of life care, a plus
• Accommodate to flexible scheduling
• Perform customized duties depending in patient/family needs
• Be an active team member in nursing plan of care
