Training provided
12 hours of aide training delivered by LIMS before you start.

What we look for
Meet most of these and we want to hear from you — training and certification support are part of the job.
- High school graduation required or GED
- Certification (HHA, CNA, CMT, PCA, MT)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a caregiving setting
- English proficiency
- Physical ability to support care of elders
- Good communication skills required (verbal and written)
- Completion of 12hr aide training by LIMS
- Criminal background check within 2 years
- Experience with end of life care, a plus
- Accommodate to flexible scheduling
- Perform customized duties depending on patient/family needs
- Be an active team member in nursing plan of care
- References requested
